Our full time staff team are supported by approximately 12 sessional staff, 3 Community Jobs Scotland placements and around 80 volunteers.
Craig Campbell – Chief Executive
Craig joined Falkirk Foundation in October 2015 having previously been Chief Executive at Homeless World Cup and prior to that Social Investment Scotland.
Chris McGill – Community Coach
Chris joined the Foundation in June 2016 and helps deliver all aspects of our Community Coaching programme. This includes Community Teams, Junior Academy, Mini Bairns, After Schools and Holiday Camps. Chris has worked and volunteered with the Foundation for several years on a “casual” basis and brings many years of experience to the team.
Danielle Dickson – Administration Manager
Danielle joined the Foundation in October 2015 on the Community Jobs Scotland programme, before becoming a full-time member of staff in October 2016.
Dave Mackay – Football Development Coach
Dave joined in May 2015 and previously held a dual role as Head of Community at St. Mirren and as Football Development Officer for the Scottish FA in Renfrewshire for 3 years. Dave holds a Level 5 Advanced Youth Licence, is a qualified Scottish FA Coaching Tutor and is responsible for all our Community Football Teams and volunteer coaches.
David Stewart – Community Manager
David is a former professional footballer and joined the Foundation in January 2015 having spent over a decade at Rangers where he was responsible for community football and the delivery of educational programmes, including the co-ordination of the award winning Old Firm Alliance Initiative.
Stephanie Dawson – Community Coach
Stephanie joined the Foundation in October 2016 and helps deliver all aspects of our Community Coaching programme. This includes Community Teams, Mini Bairns, After Schools and Holiday Camps. She leads on the development of our girls’ football programme. Stephanie has worked and volunteered with the Foundation for over a year on a “casual” basis and brings many years of experience to the team having previously held positions with Celtic, Arsenal and Motherwell.
Steve McQuade – Senior Project Coordinator
Steve is a former Youth Worker with Stirling Council and Advisor with Citizens Advice for over 6 years as well as running his own consultancy business advising small businesses. Steve is a trained SQA assessor and is the lead facilitator for all of our employability programmes.
