Mini Bairns & Baby Bairns Football Classes

The Mini Bairns programme is the second step of our Player Pathway, which offers boys and girls a semi-structured environment where they can learn different skills while playing football. Our goal is to develop boys and girls through active play and to encourage learning through football. DuringMini Bairns classes, parental involvement is required.
We offer weekly indoor sessions led by experienced and qualified SFA coaches. Children Protection training is provided to all coaches, as well as First Aid certification. The coaches have all been PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checked.
 

TheMiniBairns classes run throughout the year, in line with the school year’s term times.Delivering 38 coaching sessions throughout the year. All sessions follow a structured curriculum designed to develop individual player’s skills as the season progresses.

Personal Growth

Our Mini Bairns programme seeks to improve physical literacy, co-ordination, balance, communication, courage, confidence and teamwork, using a mixture of activities such as hopping, skipping, jumping, and of course football related activities.

FULLY QUALIFIED SFA COACHES

Our weekly sessions are indoors and are delivered by experienced and fully qualified SFA Coaches.  All coaches have received Child Protection training and are qualified in First Aid.  All coaches have been PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) scheme checked.  The course prepares your child for our Falkirk Junior Academy which is the next step in our Player Pathway designed for children age 5 – 12.
