WHAT WE DO

We Inspire people to make life changes

We have been delivering Employability programmes successfully for several years aimed at inspiring people who have experienced a setback to make changes to their own lives, to raise aspirations and ambitions and open their minds to new possibilities. We work with participants

Our Development through Sport model sees course participants sign a “contract” with us; walk up the tunnel; receive regular football-based life skills drills on the pitch; wear official club kit; walk in the same corridors as club professionals; and attend their course in the modern and inspiring Falkirk Stadium.

We help participants get a job

We help people understand the importance of a professional looking CV, online presence and personal appearance and how to apply for jobs, prepare for interviews and give themselves the best opportunity to secure sustained employment, whilst building confidence, self-esteem, routine, engagement, health and well-being and skills for employment.

We can also provide quality and relevant work experience with Falkirk Foundation, Falkirk FC, or with a range of local partner organisations.
