This winter, the Falkirk Foundation is working to support individuals and families across our community by providing over 500 festive food hampers to those who may need a little extra support.
The Foundation Festive Hamper Appeal will help us reach older people, lone parent families, those living with disability, and others who may be experiencing hardship at this time of year. We work directly with local foodbanks and community partners to ensure that the hampers are distributed where they are needed most.
As part of the appeal, we will be holding a matchday collection at the Falkirk vs Motherwell fixture on Wednesday 3 December, kick-off 7.45pm. We are asking supporters to donate non-perishable food items if they are able to do so.
How you can support the appeal
• Donate food at our matchday collection or at Foundation drop-off points
• Nominate someone who may benefit from receiving a hamper
• Sponsor a hamper by donating £15 to support the cost of providing one
• Businesses can make contributions to allow us to provide additional hampers
