Bailey joined the Foundation in March 2018 as a community coach. In October 2023, he re-joined to take up the role of Community Football Education Officer, overseeing all of our in-school football coaching and the delivery of our Scottish FA Extra Time project. Bailey has over 8 years experience in community football.
