Falkirk Football Community Foundation are looking to add a new member to our amazing team.
This role will provide high quality sessions to participants within our community programmes. Delivery will vary depending on the programme or session type.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a high standard of delivery, tailored to the participants within that session.
- Help each participant grow and enhance their footballing development.
- Create a safe dynamic within your group and be approachable for the young people.
- Help increase numbers within your group through effective coaching techniques.
- Mentor and develop your participants.
- Represent the Foundation in a professional manor.
